The HOUSEOFCAT (HOC) is an independent film written, directed, and shot by Brooklynn Winters. HOC tells the story of Ivey who grew up in a whorehouse after her mother neglected her and sold her to the madam of the house. Ivey is the Mistress of the house and rules her CATS with a steer hand of love, justice, and violence. This film will be shot primarily in Tampa, with portions of it filmed in Miami, Orlando, and Las Vegas. This is an action film and will be released on streaming platforms upon its completion.

Brooklynn Winters is an independent filmmaker with over 12 years experience creating original content. This will be the author's third feature length film. Winters is an author that has published two fiction novels, and original music over the past fifteen years. "It's important to me that when someone views a Brooklynn Winters project, they walk away saying this looks like a Hollywood film. I work hard to create low budget content that rivals the work of major Hollywood studios. I have always taken pride in the look and feel of my work, and this project is my best work yet."
